Sarah O’Linn is a professional licensed construction surety bond agent who is a graduate of the University of Florida’s College of Engineering and the Naval Postgraduate School with a Masters in Systems Engineering. She started her surety career over 20 years ago, went to work as a lead systems engineer and source selection evaluation lead for the US Navy for 7 years, and she now uses her extensive insight of the surety, construction & government contracting industries to strategize with her clients and arm them with the most competitive bonding programs, partners and opportunities. Sarah is also the driver and architect behind the agency's improvements & modernizations so Florida Surety Bonds will continue to lead the industry and raise the bar for what construction business owners and leaders expect from their bonding agent for many years to come.
