About Sarah O'Linn

Sarah O’Linn is a professional licensed agent who is a graduate of the University of Florida’s College of Engineering and the Naval Postgraduate School with a Masters in Systems Engineering. She has extensive insight into Federal construction and acquisition having led source selection evaluation teams for the DOD and managed several multi-million dollar Federal projects for seven (7) years. Sarah loves providing bonding solutions for emerging and established large contractors. Sarah is her contractor’s best advocate and her clients benefit from the most competitive bond programs and rates as a result of her expertise and credibility with our agency’s 60 surety companies. Given Sarah’s past experience working for the U.S. Navy, Sarah is especially passionate about helping veteran-owned and minority-owned small businesses navigate the SBA’s 8(a) program and Federal acquisition process. Sarah’s happy to share the top tools, guidance and insight she’s learned working for the Federal Government’s contracting office to help her contractors succeed. Multiple contractors fined for OSHA violations after the FIU Bridge Collapse
