Lauren is our marketing & outreach manager. She was a former elementary school teacher with a passion for educating and learning. She received her master’s degree at Stetson University where she majored in Ed. Leadership. Lauren brings a unique blend of educational expertise, communication skills, and industry knowledge to her role as our Marketing & Outreach Manager. Before joining the agency, she spent over 10 years as an elementary school teacher, where she developed a deep passion for learning, clear communication, and making complex topics easy to understand.

Her dedication to education led her to earn a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Stetson University, a background that now plays a central role in her work here. Lauren uses her teaching roots to design and lead our construction seminars, develop accessible educational resources, and make sure clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the bonding process.

Over the past four years, Lauren has become an integral part of our team—building strong relationships with contractors, agencies, and business owners across the state. Her ability to break down industry requirements and communicate them in a relatable way has made her a trusted guide for new and experienced clients alike.

Outside the office, Lauren and her husband Nathan are raising their energetic two-year-old and are excited to welcome another baby boy in early 2026. Her commitment to family, learning, and service shines through in all she does, both personally and professionally.
