With experience on both sides of the table as a licensed surety agent and former underwriter, Jeron understands what it takes to get contractors bonded. He works closely with clients to build the surety programs that help their businesses grow. Jeron is a graduate of East Carolina University with a degree in Risk Management and Insurance and is a former Senior Surety Underwriter at Liberty Mutual Surety, the largest surety in the world. He specialized in evaluating risk, delivering tailored bonding solutions, and supporting business growth across diverse industries.

In addition to a surety career, Jeron is a lifelong sports enthusiast, and he served as a U.S. Soccer Federation Official for many years. While officiating soccer matches at all ages and competitive levels, this experience strengthened his leadership, communication, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills under pressure.
