Emily Golecki is a professional in the surety industry since 2007. She was recently named by Insurance Business America magazine as one of the “Hot 100” Industry innovators for 2023. She is licensed in multiple states as a commercial and contract surety specialist and has extensive experience on both the agency side and in underwriting for AM Best “A” rated sureties. Emily serves clients in many industries to include Construction, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Technology, Transportation and as well as Federal Contractors. She also has extensive experience in bonding for private equity owned companies and acquisitions. She is a tremendous advocate for her clients and utilizes her ability to put together strategic solutions to maximize bond programs and a competitive edge.
Emily also works closely with many small business development programs such as NASA, NAVFAC Southeast, USACE and multiple SBDC offices throughout the Midwest and Southeast. She is frequently asked to present and teach for these small business agencies and emerging contractors. This knowledge helps provide an added advantage for emerging contractors and clients with less than stellar financial positions. Emily is also nationally recognized as an expert in bonding with the US SBA Bond Guarantee Program.
