Before we throw a slogan at you, let’s think about Florida Surety Bonds’ customers. Almost all of our customers are small businesses with somewhere between a handful of employees to a hundred or more. When you hear politicians saying “small business is the backbone of our economy”, they are talking about 99% of our customers. In reality, countless families depend on the jobs created by our customers and, over the years, the agents and employees at Florida Surety Bonds have helped create jobs at our customer’s companies by helping our customers grow their businesses through access to surety credit, the good counsel of surety bond agents, and the dedicated service of our customer service team. That’s something to be proud of.

Most of our customers need bonds that guarantee performance of contracts of one sort or another. Many of them are construction companies that require performance and payment bonds to guarantee that our collective funds are spent more efficiently on public construction projects. All of our customers are accustomed to dealing with contracts that declare “time is of the essence”. That magic legal phrase means they must get the job done on time or else! Or else what? Most of our customers are personally guaranteeing the contracts that we write bonds for too. Our customers stand to lose their livelihood and savings if they don’t perform! It’s no wonder why their surety relationship and the level of service we provide are so very personal to them.
